The Georgetown-Howard Universities Center for Clinical and Translational Science (GHUCCTS) is a multi-institutional consortium of medical research institutions forged from a desire to promote clinical research and translational science. The members of the GHUCCTS consortium are: Georgetown University, Howard University, MedStar Health Research Institute, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the Washington Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Community Engagement, as part of GHUCCTS services, supports development of sustainable partnerships between academic researchers and community stakeholders. These services are designed to stimulate long-term collaborations that will promote translation of health research into effective practice and public policy.

HU IRB (Institutional Review Board)
